Built in 1976 by Caccia Damonioni, a famous Italian architect, Moly Cavallo is a low roofed, pinky salmon stone property, typical of this area of Sardinia. Completely private and far removed from the more frequented and better known Costa Smeralda, the property commands stunning views of the beautiful, unspoilt bay. From the house, a mere fifty metres of sandy path leads one to the beach and the crystal clear, Sardinian waters - a real haven for swimmers, totally safe for children and ideal for watersports of all kinds.
The villa is large and the rooms spacious, built on one level to minimise environmental impact, it includes two large sitting rooms and a dining room, each with huge landscape windows. These bring in the natural light and frame the most wonderful views of the sea, whenever one finds oneself inside the house. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, bedrooms are spacious and there are ample bathrooms for larger parties. All modern facilities including satellite television and CD player are provided and there is a motorboat available for hire, should one wish to explore the coastline further afield. For the more active guest there is windsurfing and tennis nearby as well as the busy nightlife in the disco and bars.
