A 16th century olive watermill with many of the original features such as waterwheel, millstone and exposed ceiling beams, Napolitana Niras is a great find for families and friends. Beautiful grounds of old olive terraces, woodland, lawns and attractive lavender, rose and rosemary hedges surround the house providing privacy and seclusion. Built on a gentle hillside, the property has undergone renovation and extension providing extremely good quality accommodation and facilities.

The large pool is surrounded by both the old part of the house and the en-suite bedrooms of the more recently constructed building as well as the attractive open-air sitting area with large stone fireplace and appealing wooden pool furniture. In the original building a well-equipped kitchen leads to the vast living / dining room with large fireplace, high beamed ceiling and French doors onto the terrace whilst the master bedroom has thick stone walls with doors onto the rose and herb garden and enjoys a new state-of-the-art bathroom.

Furnished with a combination of antique and modern pieces, Napolitana Niras is full of character at the same time as being comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully designed. With the many charming towns and villages of Provence, the Var and the Cote d’Azur close to hand, there is plenty for those guests keen to explore whilst others may prefer to simply relax by the lovely pool at the house, enjoy the gardens and visit the more local villages of Callas, Bargemon and Claviers. This property cannot be too highly recommended.
