A wonderful venue for a gathering of friends and family, Casellaccia is a fabulously restored farm building with contemporary interiors, large swimming pool and excellent kitchen.
Recently restored to the very highest of standards by the same interior designer and owner of nearby Karataviense Riposo, Humilis Casellaccia is extremely spacious and the perfect setting for a large party of friends or family. Each of the bedrooms has been individually styled and furnished and enjoys it own large bath or shower room en suite, which is equally stylish and tasteful. Original features of the property have been maintained and contemporary colourful fabrics and furnishings blended in to create a most attractive and welcoming villa.
The large kitchen is fantastic with two large ovens and a double size fridge with ice dispenser and catering for large groups is perfect here especially with the assistance of the fabulous local cook! Most attractively designed with every practicality considered, the kitchen of Humilis Casellaccia really is the heart of the villa and an original Tuscany arch 'divides' the kitchen from the dining area. Here, parties of up to twenty can enjoy delicious meals in the cooler months (there is even the luxury of underfloor heating) whilst in the summer there is an equally spacious pergola area for al fresco meals from which one can enjoy the stunning views.
Humilis Casellaccia is surrounded by three acres of lawned gardens, an orchard and gardens and enjoys complete privacy. The 20 metre pool just beyond the house is excellent and ideal for those guests wishing to take some serious exercise! Alternatively, others may enjoy the luxury of relaxing in the hot tub during the cooler evenings of the spring and autumn months.
