The outstanding, one starred Michelin cuisine at Il Pellicano can be enjoyed either inside the dining room or outside, on the terrace, in addition to an alternative venue near the saltwater pool, overlooking the ocean. Following such rigours, guests may find it necessary to relax on a sunbed in the secluded cove below, occasionally dipping into the warm blue waters.

The Argentario coastline is stunning and serene with the islands of Giglio, Giannutri and Elba within easy reach and nearby is delightful Porto Ercole with its bars, boats and fortresses. Nonetheless, it is hard to drag oneself away from the hotel and most guests find themselves soaking in the ingenuous Italian charm and style in Il Pellicano’s own  atmosphere of enchanting tranquillity.
