Miller’s small luxury rooming house in Notting Hill is the essence of a welcoming private residence. Antique furnishings and exquisite decoration are used in an exotic and bohemian fashion to make each room an opulent and romantic feast for the senses. Every inch of wall or floor is extravagantly adorned to its maximum advantage in the style of a British antique and curio shop.

The candlelit drawing room is a grand but intimate salon, eclectically furnished in the same style, where on can relax amid sofas in front of the fire, read a book and help oneself to the complimentary bar. A dining table at one end and comfortable furniture at the other, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and get on with whatever their mood dictates whilst at the same time, the ambience encourages friendly society. Breakfasts are served at the dining table here and are a very informal affair, the atmosphere reminiscent of a well-acquainted houseparty! This magnificent room is available for receptions and private parties and such is its character that it has been the setting of many prestigious photoshoots over the years.

Guests are encouraged to use Miller’s as their pied a terre in town and are welcome to bring their friends in for an early evening drink before heading out into the metropolis and its manifold amusements. Notting Hill, of course, offers a wealth of interesting venues - both by day and night - and Martin and Ioana and their superb staff will be happy to recommend restaurants, galleries and exhibitions in this vibrant and colourful area of London.
Miller’s discreet doorway - to which everyone is given a key - is located close to the Portobello antiques markets, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and only ten minutes’ bus ride to Oxford Street. This really is the most intimate and hospitable place to stay when visiting London for a bit of fun or to catch up with old friends, see an exhibition or do a bit of shopping; and its always fun to invite friends in for an aperitif in the knowledge that in doing so, one will be enhancing their experience and enjoyment of the city in which they live!
