Between St Anton and Lech, actually on the pistes in St Christoph, the Arlberg Hospiz offers very high standards of comfort with the authentic charm of a family-run Tirolean Hotel.

The charming village of St Christoph sits in the middle of the Arlberg ski area, linking St Anton and Lech perfectly situated to take advantage of all that the varied slopes offer. Guests at the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel enjoy all the skiing of this major alpine destination without the complications of premier-resort life - the village and the Arlberg were built in the late 1300’s to offer refuge for travellers on the mountain pass and this tradition of Tirolean hospitality remains in the town.

This luxury hotel stands by this ancient tradition of hospitality and carries it forward to offer exceptional service and facilities within an extremely friendly environment. The cuisine and cellar in the restaurant are superb and have won many awards - the Brotherhood Bordeaux Cellar in the Hospiz Alm, just over the road, is truly remarkable - one of the largest Bordeaux cellars in the world at 18,000 bottles. Slide down the spiral stairway - specially constructed to aid descent when in ski boots - and take part in one of the wine tastings! This second building serves as a mountain-top restaurant during the day and the scene of your fine dining, during the evening, courtesy of award winning chef, Stefan Hofer.

The rooms in the Arlberg are very comfortable, ranging from studios to the presidential suite (a studio (single or double) comprises a seating area with television and bathroom en suite) and the style of service throughout emphasises a homely, welcoming atmosphere. Use of the sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and indoor pool is there for guests to ease the pains of the skiing day and the new Hospiz Spa is another luxury for both skiers and non skiers to enjoy.

Children are particularly well-catered for with a full time creche (9am ‘til 9pm) in operation at the Hospizerl Club, to further ease your enjoyment and relaxation. The sun, hospitality and haute cuisine are enjoyed by many skiers at the Hospiz during the day but, as the lifts close and the town-dwellers have to force themselves to leave, you can relax in the evening sun and the knowledge that you are already, comfortably home.
