This year's booking are extremely well-advanced - probably because our summer last year was such a wash-out - but we still have availability in some of our wonderful properties, below is a list of some.
Turkey
One of our very best seaside villas with a pool and everything a family holiday house could want, Villa Flamingo is available all summer except for the fortnight of the 14th July at £4,700 per week for up to 12 guests. The owner has thought of everything to make a stay here as comfortable as possible.
Italy
The very impressive Cala del Bove (sleeps 14) on Monte Argentario is available from the 26th July onwards. This house has a floodlit tennis court suspended above the water, wonderful terraces and pool gazing out to the island of Giglio, access to the water at the bottom of the garden and a full compliment of staff.
Cala del Bove is available from the 26th July at a price of £17,500 per week and includes the services of the maid, gardener and cook.
The wonderful and magical Kasbah du Lac (sleeps 10) still has good availability throughout the summer. The Kasbah has a full compliment of staff, a tennis court and the most breathtaking view over the lake to the desert beyond.
The Kasbah du Lac is available 7th June until the 19th July at £5,500 per week.
Capo Coda Cavallo (sleeps 18) on Sardinia, just below the Costa Smeralda is available from 2nd August until the 16th and then again from the 30th August onwards. It is still our best large villa, walking distance from the sea. The villa staff look after guests extremely well and the house itself is the perfect holiday property. Capo Coda Cavallo costs £19,300 per week during the high summer.
Sant Andrea (sleeps 4), one of our smaller villas is available from 2nd August onwards at £2,840 per week. This lovely little Tuscan villa is perfect for 2 couples.
Il Palazzetto (sleeps 14) is available from the 2nd August until the 9th and then again from the 23rd August until the 27th September for £8,300 per week and takes up to 14 guests. This beautifully renovated villa is just outside Siena.
Le Casette della Capriola 14) Still available from 24th May - 24th June, plus both fortnights (2nd to 16th and 16th to 30th) in August available for £6,100 per week. Overlooking the Maremma, this peaceful secluded villa is wonderfully relaxing.
Palazzolaccio (sleeps 10) in the Val d'Orcia of southern Tuscany is available from the 28th June until the 5th Julyand also has the last two weeks of August available for £6,600 per week.
Rignana (sleeps 16) is a fabulous villa with grass tennis court, a magnificent swimming pool and beautiful grounds in Chianti, walking distance from a famous restaurant. Rignana is available from the 2nd August until the 30th at a price of £12,500 per week.
Trulli Cervarolo (sleeps 6) in Puglia is available from the 30th August until the 13th September at a price of £4,950 per week and is a very stylish property and a clever conversion of the well-know traditional Pulian building.
Casa Marrucina in lesser-known Abruzzo is available from the 5th until the 26th July at a price of £4,600 per week. Abruzzo is famous for its food and wone and there is a myriad of fabulous restaurants in the region - all superbly priced!
Vico Basso (sleeps 4), just outside Siena with its heated pool and superb styling is available from 31st May until the 14th June, the 21st June until the 28th June and then the 30th August until the 8th September at £3,100 per week.
France
Mas Garigues (sleeps 8) is a lovely villa near to Beames de Venise available from the 5th to the 12th July and the 16th August until the 13th September at £3,885 per week.
Nearby, Villa Tournasol (sleeps 10) also offers access to the gems of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Carpentras in this less-visited corner of Provence. Tournasol is available from the 5th until the 19th July and the 23rd August onwards at £3,885 per week.
The superb Mas St Joseph (sleeps 14) with it pool, tennis court and wonderful style is available from the 18th July until the 26th July at a price of £8,666 per week. This is a very unusual property and a fabulous holiday villa recently featured in Homes & Gardens. There is also availability throughout September/October at a price of £5166 - £6,915 per week.
Nautilus pictured below is a magnificent villa perched on the cliffs of Positano with it's own quay and sun bathing terraces by the sea. This is a very special property that is superbly furnished and decorated throughout with original artworks, antiques and hand painted floor tiles.
