Located up the road from Casello and Palazzetto on the same estate is the delightful Libanoticum Basso farmhouse. Of equally high standard with luxurious and characterful furnishings, this property is the ideal venue for a small family or one or two couples. There is a gorgeous, spacious living room with open fireplace and a fabulous kitchen in which to enjoy cooking delicious Tuscan cuisine with fresh, local ingredients. Both bedrooms are equally pretty with terracotta flooring and white washed walls and views of the rolling Sienese hills and the towers of Siena in the distance.
Outside, the house has pretty gardens which are ideal for al fresco dining and there is small salt water heated swimming pool with jet stream through the orchard, making this house the perfect venue for those guests wishing to visit out of the main summer season but still enjoy the luxury of a dip after a hard days sightseeing or relaxing!
Nearby there is lots to explore and visit be it the exquisite town of Siena with the famous campo where the Palio is held, Florence with its incredible art, Chianti and the many wineries or further south to the beautiful hill top towns of Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. Or guests may prefer to simply enjoy the peace and calm of Libanoticum Basso with lazy days by the pool beneath the Tuscan sun. This is the perfect place to base yourself if you are interested in a bit of sightseeing and getting to know Tuscany!
