Uccelina Natural Park on another, as well as stunning views to the islands of Giglio, Giannutri and Montecristo. Tastefully furnished, at one end of the living room are the
fireplace and sofas and at the other, an antique wooden table where one can enjoy meals in the cooler months.

From the living room, one steps out onto a spacious terrace - the most spectacular venue for relaxing in the sun, absorbing the views and dining al fresco. Down below, are two terraces where clients can enjoy a dip in the Jacuzzi whilst lunch slowly cooks on the barbecue. There is also a private path down to the sea with sunbathing deck and private boat docking. Day trips can be organized from here, in a private motorboat, over to the Islands of Giglio and Giannutri and the Argentario peninsula. Nearby is a long sandy beach where the more active guests may enjoy the opportunity to hire a windsurfer or hoby cat and for those interested in exploring the local area, visits to local wineries at Siena, Pitigliano and Florence, can be arranged.
