From the mountains rising over the wide plain to the craggy coastline and clear blue sea, often whipped up into white horses, the panoramic view from the spectacular pool and dining terraces is captivating.
Laid out on a truly grand scale, the villa offers an incredibly generous modern living space. Open plan downstairs, the living areas flow through expansive patio doors onto the pool terraces and verandah so that the art of Mediterranean living is perfectly provided for. The living areas with a Master Suite above are linked to the Guest Wing by a colonnaded atrium.
Fittings are of the highest, stylish modern standard and complimented perfectly by the owners colourful art and ethnic furniture and art pieces. Hugely comfortable sofas, large coffee tables and many little corners of sitting rooms and terraces create a supremely welcoming, cosy environment, practical for large parties.
Four of the bedrooms are in the Guest Wing which also houses a small sitting room and kitchenette giving independence and the Master Suite is above the living areas. Beds are expansive and large bathrooms (split-level) make very pleasing use of contemporary fittings. The modern kitchen is stream-lined with breakfast bar and throughout, clean lines and surfaces enhance the superb panorama of the bay.
The water is there, only five minutes' drive away and an effective concierge service can help guests to take full advantage of everything the area has to offer. From ones arrival at the airport, through catering needs and restaurant reservations, motor cruiser tours, sports fixtures and car hire, this included service can arrange as much or as little as one wishes.
