The villa is planted all around with pine, cypress and olive in a lovely spacious garden with lots of terraces and different corners to sit and read or wander. Each house has private road access to a very nice rocky beach where there is shaded parking and a private deck with umbrella from which to swim. The water here is crystal clear and on a coast where access to the sea is so rare, guests feel truly privileged.

The villa is typically Tuscan in architecture with open beams, terracotta floors and terraces all around. Furnished throughout with antiques in traditional style, guests can feel that this is a real holiday home and much loved by its owner. Bathrooms are finished in the painted tiles common to the region and everything has been thought of and works well. At both ends of the house there is a self-contained suite with a kitchen so that guests can operate independently and come and go easily.

Outside, terraces make the most of the spectacular views and the permanent outdoor dining table is in a lovely partly shaded spot with barbecue to hand.
