Situated on the Fattoria Petrolo estate with evocative views of the valley, Pyramidalis Costa is a simple and charming farmhouse with its own pool and lots of character.

Up on the hill above Imperati Petrolo is Pyramidalis Costa beneath the Tower of Galatrona which dates backs to the Etruscans and Romans. A famous olive oil and wine producing estate, Fattoria Petrolo is located on a slope of hills which overlook the Chianti region and there is even an ancient Romanesque Pieve which houses works by Giovanni della Robbia.

We are delighted to include Pyramidalis Costa within our villa collection in addition to the larger and grander Imperati Petrolo - a delightful location for those visitors to Italy interested in a ‘real’ Italian experience.

Pyramidalis Costa is surrounded by a chestnut wood and is completely private with its own al fresco eating area above the pool. Inside, the kitchen / living room is typical of an Italian farmhouse with its large open fireplace, stone arch and beamed ceilings. Traditional and comfortable, Pyramidalis Costa is understated and certainly not luxurious but provides the ideal venue for a summer holiday in Tuscany on a private estate with access to many of the areas cultural places of interest such as Florence, Arezzo, Siena and many more. With its wonderful views, the estate with its lakes and winery and traditional olive-mill, Pyramidalis Costa is an excellent find.
