This amazing villa is situated in the peaceful area of Campanet, very close to the town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. Cordyline Clara sits on a hillside with dramatic views across the rolling Mallorcan countryside. Set amidst it own mature gardens, the villa is protected by lovely trees which frame the magnificent pool area and create a wonderful oasis setting for the perfect house party. From here, the beautiful Pollensa coastline is easily accessible and the rest of the island is within a short drive.

Although the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala St Vincente are quickly reachable by car - the golf course of Pollensa is only 5km from the villa - Cordyline Clara is far from the crowds in summer. The wonderful concierge can point guests in the direction of lesser know beaches and places of interest, hire a motor launch to take one to deserted coves or arrange pretty much anything without fuss.

The villa itself is laid out on very generous lines with a lovely guest annexe - every bit as high a standard as the main house - set apart with its own kitchenette for up to four guests. The master suite is very extensive and one of the other bedrooms in the main house has a separate entrance, ideal for use by a nanny of live-in cook. There is a balcony running along the entire villa front, providing superb views of the landscape and hilltop towns in the distance. Every where there are flat screen TVs and the linen and towels are of a very high standard.

The owner has taken a great deal of care to bring up all the facilities in the house to a very high standard and the kitchen is magnificent - a joy for all guests who like to get involved with the local markets and try their hand at Mallorcine specialities. The terrace along the front is perfect for dining al fresco and there are several other spots in the grounds, including a Japanese-style barbecue pergola. Guests sit around a central wok, built into the pergola whilst fountains play in the carp ponds nearby! The pool area has its own makuti-thatched bar and terraces all around - a bridge spans the pool at its narrowest point - and below the steps is a subterranean games room. There are loos another bar and Plasma TV and a pool table here. There is even a second, indoor, heated pool below the main pool where there is a sauna and showers and a small chill-out area - ideal for guests seeking a little solitude.
