From the house, a mere fifty metres of sandy path leads one to the beach and the crystal clear, Sardinian waters - a real haven for swimmers, totally safe for children and ideal for watersports of all kinds.

The property is large and the rooms spacious, built on one level to minimise environmental impact, it includes two large sitting rooms and a dining room, each with huge landscape windows.
