There is a gentle breeze in Davia which is very welcome in the heat of summer. The large, part-covered terrace looks out across the bay to Algajola and beyond as far as the Revellata Peninsula and the well-tended garden frames this view beautifully.

Inside, the house is air-conditioned throughout and thoughtfully designed and decorated for Mediterranean living. This is a real home and one quickly realises that everything works and is comfortable and thoughtfully provided because years of fantastic summer holidays have been the trial and test.

A well equipped kitchen leads onto another terrace and barbecue area where a loggia is perfectly placed for sitting, glass in hand and watching the sun set over the ocean; an effective infinity pool in the foreground, it looks out to sea and reflects the sky in its mirror-like surface.
